This month on social media, I’m focusing my posts on ways to show yourself some love. Self-care looks a little different for each of us–and that is as it should be! What nurtures and rejuvenates one person may not work for another, which is why I love getting ideas from others so that I can expand my view of what loving myself might look like. In January, as part of my virtual winter retreat with Norabloom, I asked my followers to chime in with a few of their favorite self-care ideas. I loved their answers!
