Feeling “Blah”: Is It Depression, the Weight of the World, or Just Too Much Noise?

Through the lens of the Norabloom Method, Holly offers somatic practices, small daily rituals, and a compassionate reframe for anyone who has been questioning why their spark feels dim. This episode is a soft reminder that your glow is still there — even in a quiet season.

Description
Do you ever feel… blah? Not quite sad, not exactly anxious — just flat, heavy, and a little muted inside? In this episode, Holly explores one of the most common yet least talked-about emotional states of modern life. She gently unpacks the difference between burnout, emotional saturation, and the nervous system simply saying “I need a moment.”

Learn more about me

I am the founder of Norabloom—a sanctuary where beauty, wellness, and artistry meet. My path weaves together many threads: I am a holistic and oncology esthetician, certified integrative nutrition health coach, somatic healer, yoga teacher, reiki master, and photographer. Each role is guided by the same intention—to nurture women in mind, body, and spirit, and to create spaces where they feel seen, held, and radiant.

I founded Norabloom 27 years ago as a small, soulful skin spa with my own line of handcrafted botanical beauty products. Over time, life invited me deeper into creativity—when my daughter was expecting her little one, I rediscovered my love for art and photography.  I’ve woven together all the things I cherish most into one harmonious offering—Norabloom.
