How to Use Your Ice Globes
Cleanliness is one of the most important steps to clear, glowing skin. I recommend sanitizing your ice globes before each use with rubbing alcohol or any other skin-safe antibacterial solution.
Once your ice globes are properly sanitized, store them in your fridge. (You can also put them in your freezer for up to half an hour if you want to use them right away.) Norabloom’s facial globes come with a simple and elegant linen bag to keep them clean in your refrigerator.
Use your chilled globes as part of your regular skincare routine, gently massaging your face for 5 to 15 minutes twice a day. The best times to do this are in the morning and evening, right after your facial cleansing routine.
You can also use your ice globes immediately after applying moisturizer or serum. The cold from the globes causes the tiny blood vessels in your face to constrict, gently drawing the product deeper into your skin for even better results. (This is another reason I highly recommend using organic beauty products—your skin literally soaks them in.)
