Home Grown Fermented Ginger Carrots

Easy to eat and even easier to make. This tasty shredded goodness is full of probiotics and excellent for gut heath. Fermented carrots also helps to release the beta-carotene, making them even more nutritious.

Plop this golden goodness on a bed of greens, mix with jasmine rice, or inhale spoonfuls at a time… you are about to get so excited about carrots!
