Start an at-home YOGA practice

You just need you.

But, if you feel like getting fancy, here are a few items to consider.

  1. Manuka Yoga Mat (My fav! They carry everything you need on my list.)
  2. Yoga Blocks (at least 2)
  3. Yoga Strap
  4. Meditation Pillow

Choose a space free of clutter that feels nice. Find your flow. Are you freestyling? You go girl! However, if you need guidance, check out my favorite YOGA VIDEO (It’s an oldie, but goodie!)

Schedule it! Add YOGA to your calendar, you are far more likely to do it if you block out the same time every day.
